We collect and use consumer health data only as necessary to provide and personalize the Your Daily Call service requested by you. This may include:

Conducting AI-powered conversations with you
Personalizing future conversations
Remembering information that you have asked or allowed us to remember
Providing reminders and follow-up conversations you request
Maintaining limited mood or engagement history
Supporting continuity, safety, and operation of the service

3. Sources of Consumer Health Data

You directly, including information you provide when creating or managing your account
Your conversations and interactions with Your Daily Call
Information generated from those interactions for purposes such as personalization, memory, mood or engagement history, and service operation

We do not sell consumer health data.

We do not share consumer health data with third parties or affiliates as those terms are defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, except as necessary to provide a product or service that you request or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

We use service providers that process consumer health data on our behalf where necessary to operate Your Daily Call. These processors act on our instructions and are used to provide functions such as secure cloud infrastructure and AI-powered conversation processing.

5. Categories of Third Parties and Affiliates

Your Daily Call does not currently share consumer health data with third parties or affiliates for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or sale.

We may disclose information where required by law or where otherwise permitted under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

6. Your Washington Consumer Health Data Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

Confirmation of whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data concerning you
