  • You’ll receive a friendly call every day at your scheduled time from our human-sounding AI. You can have a natural conversation about anything you want, up to three minutes long—or you can just say you are okay and hang up. It’s up to you.

  • If you don’t answer, we’ll try calling again based on your selected retry settings.

    If there’s still no response after the final attempt, we’ll notify your designated emergency contact.

  • You choose a trusted emergency contact when you sign up—such as a family member, friend, or neighbor. If you don’t respond after multiple attempts, we’ll reach out to them.

  • Yes. You can select your preferred daily call time when you sign up. In addition, you can choose how often to retry if you do not pick up on the first call—every 5, 15, or 30 minutes. We attempt two retry calls—three calls overall—before calling your designated emergency contact.
