Your Daily Call provides automated daily check-in calls powered by artificial intelligence to help users stay connected and supported.

2. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

This service is not a medical provider, mental health service, or emergency response system. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Emergency Contact Feature

You agree to provide accurate emergency contact information. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we may attempt to contact your designated emergency contact. We are not responsible if your emergency contact cannot be reached.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain access to your phone
  • Use the service in a lawful manner

5. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your Daily Call is not liable for missed calls, failure to reach you or your emergency contact, or any damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if terms are violated or payments are not received.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
